- The aim of this study is to contribute an efficient promotion of research and development (R&D) in the field of energy technologies by evaluating them from the viewpoints of global warming mitigation and invested R&D resources, such as expenditure on R&D.Main subjects of this study is as follows,- To estimate relationships between invested R&D resources and energy efficiency improvement in energy technologies statistically and model their relationship by a function,- To give an optimal allocation of resources to R&D in energy technologies which have great potential of global warming mitigation through energy efficiency improvement by formulating with mathematical programing.
