1.論文題名/要約1.6.廃棄物An Advanced Technique for Leaching Test of Mo and Sb in Polluted Soil(Proceedings of the 3rd International Symposium of ETERNET‐APR Section III,30-36)
冨永 衞,川又 一也,番匠 賢治,宮崎 章
Laboratory leaching test which generate leachate from waste and soil have been used to evaluated leachability of hazardous constituents. The development of standardized leaching tests is needed to facilitate regulatory procedures, rout〜he waste analysis, and inter laboratory comparison of results. The purpose of this research is to present noble techniques in leaching method of items Requiring Surveillance in Japan in polluted soil, examining constituents of leachate, dilution effect of soil matrix, and effect of pH in leaching trace metal molybdenum (Mo), antimony (Sb) and nickel Ni) were studied. These results differ from those of heavy metals which were informed from variable leaching test. From these results, characteristics of soil and pH value in leaching extraction are very important in leaching test. And it is also important to select extracting condition and leaching test corresponding the purpose of leaching test.

Resource recycling by particle shape separation(Proceedings of 6th symposium on particle size analysis environment & powder technology 47-55)

A suitable separation technique was applied for the various kinds of waste. However, it is sometimes difficult to crush and separate the waste, especially pulverize a composite waste and liberate individual materials. In this paper, a size reducing technique for printed wiring boards and a particle shape separator for the size reduced mixture is diccussed. Using the same separator, it was possible to separate ceramic beads from waste foundry sands and the result are also shown. Segregation or Demixing of Solid Particles on Inclined Vibrated Plates(Proceedings of 5th World Cougress of Chemical Engineering 6,374-379)

Sometimes it is difficult to keep the position of vibrating conveyor having a transport surface being fixed horizontally or at a certain angle in respect to the horizon as desired. Even a slight inclination can cause a serious segregation of particulate solids forming heterodisperse medium, that may have negative effects on the subsequent processes. However this phenomenon, when used advantageously, can be applied to the separation according to the characteristics involved. In this study, for horizontal vibrational conveying process the optimal operating parameters have been estimated and deviated trajectories in the case of transport plane being inclines slightly rectangular to the transport direction have been simulated. Effects of the inclination angle as well as of frictional coefficient between the transported particle and the vibrated plate have been investigated. As the measure of segregation, characteristics of deviation cures have been chosen. Using inclined vibrated plate, a separation of Al2O3 granule has been carried out, in order to investigate die correlation between 2D image of particles and their frictional properties. |
